Announcements:

1. International health conference on campus in may (16^th-17^th), asking us to contribute. We could make a poster summarizing the health impact of the project.

• We have a poster, but it is outdated. We could make an updated one and reuse it for other events, too. We will need to have somebody present the poster during the weekend

2. Earth Week: we could reuse our poster, good recruitment opportunity. They would also promote any fundraising event we do this weekend. We could try to show a movie at the dark star.

• Janie will try to talk to the theater owner about doing this on Tuesday the 21^st (earth day)
• We will research movie possibilities (sustainable focus), the Portland pros’s showed Flow.
• We will have a booth during earth day, we need somebody to take charge and make sure somebody is there the whole time.

-Carl will work on printing brochures by the end of April.
-Nick and Carl will work on organizing this. Michelle and Kelly will work on the poster.

Agenda:

• Grants
• Malia’s schedule for the spring trip
• Lower las Mercedes project

• Potential future fundraiser: selling photos from El Salvador.

Jaynie will look into printing some of these off at HP.  Previous travelers will select their best pictures. We will also try to get in touch with the poster selling tent that comes to campus each term.
