Announcements:
1. We are sending a letter to EWB nationals regarding their restrictions of qualified professional mentors after we get a few more signatures.
2. Group structure: We will be appointing an organizational structure similar to the executive board to help make sure the project runs smoothly in the case that the project coordinator is unable to take on everything. Members will be responsible for training a successor when they leave.
Responsibilities to be covered include:
- Fundraising
- Finances
- Travel coordinator
- Design coordinator
- TAC organizer
- PR
- Administrative duties
Agenda
- Finalize the IAF grant
- work on the P3 grant
- Dec. 08 trip budget postmortem
- work on Las Mercedes hydraulics
