Mission statement: working towards a world where every person can meet their most basic human needs
TAC: conference call tomorrow
- Looking over pre assessment info
- Anybody can join the call
- At noon
- Currently: Adam, Aparna, Gordan, Andy
- Want to make sure we are prepared to go to Lela besides money
Ticket prices: ~$1500
- Need board approval before buy tickets
- Andy found tickets for $1100
o Andy does magic all the time
o Northwest, airline consolidator .com

o This the case don’t need the 400 dollars
- Air ticket international
o 1335 per ticket

Travel: September 1st – September 14th or 15th
- Don’t want to travel in December because of heat
Fundraising
- Current Money:
o Mail box money: $50
o Justin parents $100
o Aparna another $100
o Money from fraternity around $150-200
o 2500 from board, 500 krispy kream, 800 Aparna networks
§ 100 from Justin’s parents, 200 from fraternity
§ Total of 4100
§ Need 400 or 600 dollars
- Adam’s parents and company
- Need to raise 2000 before trip
o We need to show that we can fundraise
o Money for in country expenses after tickets and before travel
o Need to be able to obtain in country expenses
§ 800 total, 200 a person
o Need plan of action to get remaining money for board and for ourselves
