Brad and Michelle will be the new co-coordinators next year.

• They are collecting phone numbers to contact people who might be around to help this summer
• They are also asking for interest in leadership roles for next year.

There will be informal meetings this summer about every other week.

• The first summer meeting will be Thursday June 18th at 7:00.

Agenda for summer:

• Plan banquet. Brad can use help from anyone who is willing. We need to start advertising as soon as possible.
• The TAC presentation will be ready no later than the end of June.
• Fundraiser Run: We need to get moving soon, they are a lot of work to plan
• The COE has their own day during connect week. We could set up a booth

Scott has been talking to Brett McFarland, and a couple people can meet with the OSU foundation during summer for advice on money issues
